The 12 rustic housekeeping cabins have wood cookstoves, refrigerators and good mattresses . There is electricity in all cabins and well water (a hand pump) is centrally located. Much of the furniture was made by hand, from native timber. All cabins are furnished with dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, a kettle, a toaster, a hot plate and coffee maker, we supply dish soap, dish cloth, dish towel and a sponge. We do NOT supply personal linens or pillows. If you would like an axe at your cabin please bring one, otherwise we provide them at the community wood piles, but they must remain there for others to use. Each unit has its own basin, dishpan, water buckets and outdoor “privy”.
